Individual architectural styles which harmonise well with state-of-the-art ecological resort and construction technology provide the exceptional framework for Louisbourg Resort Golf & Spa.

The resort, for example, will have its own private wind farm approx. 2.5 km away, guaranteeing self-sufficient power supply for all parts of the resort. State-of-the-art, prize-winning sewage technology generates “drinking water quality”, which means that enormous savings can be made by using waste water to water the outdoor facilities. The fresh water quality at the resort satisfies top standards and is monitored 24 hours a day.

The central areas (conference centre, spa, clubhouse etc.) will be heated using solar or geothermal energy, which will optionally also be available for the different houses. The houses are designed as solid wood structures using indigenous timbers, the facades consist of non-flammable materials. The interior fittings will be made of ecologically sound materials, ensuring a low-pollutant, pleasant indoor air quality. The same applies to the attractive furnishing options, which can be selected to match the different types of house.

In addition to the houses shown here, various other types are also available for construction on the approx. 4000 m² large plots. Buyers can also design their own individual floor plans, in consultation with a team of architects and engineers on site. Depending on the type of house, construction can be expected to take between 6 and 8 months. The house prices, inclusive of plot, begin at just 425.000 CAD (approx. 230.000 GBP, 270.000 EUR, 340.000 USD).

Alternatively, smaller development options enable an investment in Louisbourg Resort Golf & Spa for as little as 220.000 CAD (approx. 125.000 GBP, 140.000 EUR, 190.000 USD).
